Aimee is the Property Manager at Walnut Crossings who played a significant role in Walnut Crossings recent evolution from drab to fab! Aimee oversees building and leasing operations, resident communication, tenant work orders, and manages her leasing and maintenance staff. Aimee is organized and patient with an optimistic outlook! Aimee loves to cook and try new restaurants. Have you ever had lemons with salt? It’s her favorite snack!
Kayla Mabon
Assistant Property Manager
Kayla is the Assistant Property Manager at Walnut Crossings primarily responsible for taking care of tenant and building needs, work order requests, relaying information to prospective tenants, and planning on-site events for all residents to enjoy. Kayla has a positive attitude, excellent customer service and is always on top of her to-do list! She also laughs wayyyyy too hard at Dad jokes, but she has no shame in her game. Give her all the bad puns and jokes with crushingly obvious ambiguity. She’ll chuckle, no doubt.
John Barras
Maintenance Technician
John is a Maintenance Technician at Walnut Crossings who takes care of any issues throughout our complex, turns units to welcome new residents and ensures all work orders are completed in a timely manner. He is a dedicated employee that knows the property like the back of his hand, he’s worked there for over 15 years! He specializes in HVAC and he loves his golden retrievers Daisy and Tinkerbell!
Michael Dehaven
Maintenance Technician
Michael is a Maintenance Technician at Walnut Crossings responsible for keeping the building up-and-running. He's a true handy man that tends to all maintenance work orders, assists with turnovers, and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. Michael loves riding his ATV and often says, "If you're not muddy, you're not having fun!" He keeps the office laughing and is always willing to help out however he can.
Jonathan Walker
Painter
Jon is a Painter at Walnut Crossings with over 20 years of experience. He prepares units for new residents by cleaning, patching and painting to give the apartment a facelift! He always works hard, is very patient and is incredibly speedy. It’s the twenty-first century, but Jon still loves watching black and white movies and Godzilla!
